Gulp! It's almost here!

I'm getting twitchy and edgy - I can't stand the suspense! Tomorrow at this time I'll be reading the most anticipated book I've ever read - An Echo in the Bone by Diana Gabaldon.

She and her Outlander Series are the world to me - the whole theme of my blog - my raison d'etre. I think I'll probably devour it quickly and then immediately read it over again slowly and savor every word.

So, don't expect a review on it from me, or even a discussion. No excerpts, no discussion, no spoilers, nada! I am not worthy enough to even discuss it, except to say something like "Wow!" or "I love it!!" LOL!

For the next few weeks I will be pleasantly occupied doing my second favorite thing - reading a new Outlander book! Four years!

*swoon*

See you in a few!

Oh for sure...I can barely tell a friend that they HAVE to read Outlander because if they don't absolutely love it I'm afraid the friendship might be ruined forever! LOL

I'm so excited -BUT, I have to wait - I pre-ordered from B&N with two books being released next week and they're all being shipped together. Sigh.

*swoon* indeed. Can't wait for mine to arrive. PS, there's a bit of controversy swirling over at the Amazon reviews over the Kindle price. Two have posted one star reviews just to complain about the price, nothing about the book at all.

Patti and Misfit - I preordered from B&N and then saw this morning it hadn't even shipped yet! So I tried to cancel it - couldn't - and then I just ordered it on Kindle and it's not showing up on my iTouch! GRRRR! Do I have to be online for it to show up and get to the iTouch? Unfortunately, I'm at work now, so I have no internet connection for it. DOUBLE GRR!

Diana - I know what you mean! People who haven't had the Outlander Kool Aid, just don't know! LOL!

Joanne and Blod - thanks, you said it!

Okay you will not be online for several hours as you're in Outlandish heaven right now but when you have a chance there's a blogger on sapphire romance who's going to a Diana Gabaldon book signing. She's an enormous fan and might have some fun details :)

Diana, yes I saw that - very jealous! I will look for her write up after she meets her. I'm so disappointed DG won't be in the NY area at all so I won't get a chance myself for a glimpse of herself!

Good luck on getting the book! I preordered on Amazon and had standard shipping. It showed up yesterday. I just started it today. I am so excited!

I feel the same way, luckily my two best friends also love the series, but I am slightly afraid to pick it for my book club. What if they don't like it . . . I would feel differently about them!

Thanks Laura, I got the book on Kindle and have been reading it since it came out when I can. I really won't be able to thoroughly dig into it until tomorrow (I'm taking the day off, but have a ton of errands to run!) Hopefully this weekend will offer me a lot of reading time. I've been reading for an hour here, and hour there, but since it's on Kindle, I have no idea what page I'd be on!
