She writes both historicals and contemporaries. I loved Whitney My Love (but has some very un-PC moments!) and Until You, it's sequel. A Kingdom of Dreams is good too, but Whitney's my favorite so far that I've read.Julie at Outlandish Dreaminghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16595989966510183531noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4781006155885226657.post-11996662084011459392010-09-30T17:09:57.458-04:002010-09-30T17:09:57.458-04:00I have not read any Judith McNaught books...is she...I have not read any Judith McNaught books...is she strictly historicals? For some reason I thought she wrote contemporary. A little un-PC compared to nowadays, but the stories are full of emotion and angst and feeling - memorable is the word.Julie at Outlandish Dreaminghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16595989966510183531noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4781006155885226657.post-4272985731674573132010-09-29T18:21:38.653-04:002010-09-29T18:21:38.653-04:00I have seen a lot of her books reviewed lately; ab...I have seen a lot of her books reviewed lately; about time to pick one up!!! I love a dashing hero with a cheroot!Joannehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07716758796036142540noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4781006155885226657.post-52870286616851250062010-09-28T20:54:55.562-04:002010-09-28T20:54:55.562-04:00VFG - yes, I'm with you, I love her stories, t...VFG - yes, I'm with you, I love her stories, the emotion and angst is incredbile, you get so caught up in their lives! I've loved the other two heroes I've read about, but Jason was just so awful at first! Still, it was a good book, but compared to Whitney and Until You, it was a bit of a let down for me. :( I can't wait to get to her others, she is a master and as I said in my review, I do love her type of alpha male hero - just my style! :DJulie at Outlandish Dreaminghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16595989966510183531noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4781006155885226657.post-6729979568147325472010-09-28T19:49:59.564-04:002010-09-28T19:49:59.564-04:00ONCE AND ALWAYS is one of my absolute favorite McN...ONCE AND ALWAYS is one of my absolute favorite McNaught books...well, they're actually all my favorite romances only because she was my first. Yup, I got introduced to the romance genre by an absolute master. Her style is little antiquated these days but I still love her stories and the tingles that ripple through my spine at the thought of her heroes.

I can see how one might think Jason over-the-top cruel but he's one of my top five McNaught heroes. He's just so tortured and makes so many mistakes with Victoria but I love how he makes up for it. Sigh...love this author.VampFanGirlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07787244891094182599noreply@blogger.com
